As President of Kaman Precision Products, Jim Larwood grew sales from $53M and 4% OI to $189M and 22% OI during the 2004 – 2010 period. He later was promoted to President of Kaman Corporation’s $400M Aerostructure business. Jim was also responsible for managing the the restart and ramp up of Kaman’s Helicopter business.

Pat & Jim worked closely together playing critical roles in the launch of Kaman’s Aerospace composites Joint Venture, Kineco Kaman Composites Limited in Goa, India.
